Johann Martin Walter Krüger (b. 9 November 1897) was a German naval and infantry officer, finally Oberst (Colonel) of the Wehrmacht in World War Two. It could not be determined exactly when he died.
Life
- 4.4.1916 Joined the Imperial German Navy as an officer candidate only days after passing his Abitur

- With effect from 29 April 1945, commander Josef Rintelen was then replaced and transferred to the leadership reserve. On 5 May 1945, Rintelen was finally bid farewell (a small celebration took place on 6 May in Leipertitz), and Colonel Krüger now officially became division leader; At midnight on the night of May 8th to 9th, 1945 in Schidurowitz, the order was given to move to the Moldau, where the divisional staff of the 357th ID became American prisoners of war in the Hohenfurt area on the evening of 9 May 1945.[1]
Family
On 13 September 1927, Krüger married his fiancée Gerda Anni Böhmler. Between 1928 and 1939, they had six children: four daughters and two sons.
