Sheldon Adelson

Sheldon Gary Adelson (4 August 1933 – 11 January 2021) was a Zionist Jewish American multi-billionaire. He was influential in Israeli media, associated with a pro-Likud daily newspaper distributed for free, now Israel's most widely-read newspaper. Adelson was a member of the American Republican Party and an influential political donor. He was a strong supporter of Newt Gingrich and Mitt Romney for President in 2012. Adelson was the biggest donor in either party (Republicans or Democrats) in the 2016 election that elected Donald Trump. However, there also many other Jews among the top donors, see the "External links" section, which also discusses various controversies related to Adelson.
Life
Zionist Activities
Adelson is a key donor and prominent figure in the Zionist cause. His annual donations to AIPAC and other Jewish organizations exceed $200 million dollars. Adelson and his wife Miriam, an Israeli physician, have also pledged a donation of $25 million to Yad Vashem (a Holocaust museum in Jerusalem). The Adelsons, who live in Las Vegas, are also funding the construction of Las Vegas' first (exclusively) Jewish high school, scheduled to open in fall 2008.
He along with Bill Gates and Warren Buffett believe so strongly in demographic genocide that in 2014 they declared democracy "broken" when the will of the people opposed mass immigration.[1]
Swastika hoax
Adelson once claimed a swastika written in soap had been found at his home. Rumors of death threats surrounded him when he was battling the Culinary union. Soon the outspoken casino boss was traveling with armed, ex[?]-Mossad bodyguards who made little secret that they carried guns even when they accompanied Adelson to an editorial board meeting at the Las Vegas Review-Journal.[2]
