Hendrik Möbus is a German musician, notably involved in the Absurd (band) and having served time for the non-political murder of a fifteen-year-old boy in 1993, when Möbus was sixteen-years old. He was subsequently released on parole, but was stated to have violated this due to "hate speech" by making a Roman salute at a concert. He fled to the United States seeking asylum, but was instead extradited due this claimed hate speech in another country, with his arm being broken when he has arrested.
Möbus was ultimately released in 2007. He runs the music label Darker Than Black Records.
