Tash Peterson
Tash Peterson, aka Vganbooty (b. 21 November 1993), is a radical left-wing activist and feminist known for her public disruptions, harassment, and vandalization of businesses that promotes animal products such as meat through direct action and domestic disturbance. Peterson uses her form of protests to "raise awareness" and fight for the rights of animals, during which she may do vlogs at times traveling, trying different vegetarian meals, or publish unnecessary content promoting her OnlyFans. She will publish content attacking those who criticize her extreme tactics and public nuisance by calling them out and "shaming" them. As she continues her troubled performances out in public she would do a mixture of protests and interviews.

Life
Tash Peterson was born and raised in Perth, Australia on 21 November 1993. As a child, she didn’t care to be around other humans and preferred to be accompanied by animals as noticed by her family. At the age of 3, she watched the movie “Babe the Pig” and prevented herself from eating meat seeing animals as her "friends" . Although her parents initially dismissed her concerns, she remembers telling them she didn’t want to eat meat anymore. She grew up eating both meat and vegetables, as her parents knew was what right for her and encouraged her to eat like a normal human being.
Growing up, she started doing vlogs on her daily life such as surfing, partying, and traveling after creating an account in 2009. Tash took lessons as a swimming coach and lifeguard before graduating from Iona Presentation College where soon after in 2017 she became motivated by left-wing political ideas and decided to become a "vegan animal rights activist". She would be influenced by a controversial content creator named Katie Karen who goes by "ThatVeganTeacher" on multiple different platforms that would promote the same left leaning ideas and take inspiration from her.
Controversies
Tash Peterson has been well known to go into restaurants and buildings to carry on a rant while playing animal screeching sounds causing a public backlash hoping it would be a way to spread a message. She has went into public several times fully or half nude covered in red paint claiming it's her "period blood" and her body being painted like a cow with her breasts exposed while holding signs even if its in front of minors.
Animal holocaust
Tash compares the slaughterhouses to the politically correct narrative of the holocaust in National Socialist Germany exclaiming animals are being "forced into carbon dioxide gas chambers". She mentions false allegations of rape against the animals through forced pregnancy and killing infants to be made into food, even going on a tyrade comparing Gordan Ramsey to a politically correct narrative of Adolf Hitler. She criticizes butchers and meat eaters to try and forcibly persuade them to go vegan: if they do not, then they are a "Nazi". She has been known to go out in public wearing a shirt or holding a sign saying "Stop the Animal Holocaust" which gained legacy media attention and anger amongst the Jewish people calling it a blasphemous mockery of the "6 million Jews".[1]
Football league disruption
In 2020, Tash, along with her Boyfriend Jack, made their way to Optus Stadium in Perth in order to attend an AFL Women's (AFLW) football match which gave her the opportunity to start her notorious stunt. She jumped over the barricade and ran across the stadium on live TV disrupting a match holding a banner saying "The Right To Life". A player tackled her to the ground preventing her from causing anymore disruption before the authorities took action.[2] She was arrested and taken into custody where she was sued for $1,800 and banned from the stadium for 3 years.[3] Afterwards, she was interviewed by a reporter outside the stadium where she said that she would "do it all over again" for the animals.
Targeting minors
Tash Peterson often does interviews with younger children that come across her thinking that she can easily outsmart them with her "knowledge" because she is an adult and attack them for eating meat. On certain occasions she will go as far as to showing them disturbing content of footage of the animal killings going on in the slaughterhouses expecting to prove a point and get everyone on her side.
Targeting famous restaurant

John Mountain, owner of "Fyre" in Australia and a famous chef, had been attacked multiple times by animal rights activists which followed a permanent ban on those who identified as vegetarian and erasing all vegan options from the menus for the sake of his mental health.[4] Following another attack the next day after a vegan ban, Tash along with her boyfriend Jack and her friends stormed once more into the restaurant having the owner take actions into his own hands and get them thrown out. During somewhat of a physical altercation, Tash claimed to have gotten a scratch on her hand after trying to clash with John.[5] [6]
Targeting animal shelters
Tash believes that sheltering animals is a form of "slavery" and "animal abuse" believing they are rarely ever looked after or taken of, so she wishes to free them into nature to be left alone and separate from human society. An incident took place at a Perth vet clinic in September 2021 where she filmed herself accusing the veterinarian of “eating her own patients”[7] during a business outburst. After a confrontation, the owners of the vet filed a restraining order against Tash preventing her from coming in contact with the caretakers or the business.
Donation to creator of Dominion
On 17 July, 2024 Tash and Jack did a sit-down interview with Chris Delforce the creator of the radical Left-wing Dominion documentary and the director of the "Farm Transparency Project". While doing an interview, Chris talked about what his purpose was involving breaking into farms to "expose" and "investigate" the industry to help get those to see what he saw to "stop eating meat" and what led him towards veganism. During which he explained in his early days of activism would he get involved with different animal liberation movements and do similar tactics like them involving facing harassment and death threats. He was asked by Jack Higgs what his worst witness was, Chris replied "last year as part of our investigation into the gassing of pigs in slaughterhouses, I hid inside the top of those gas chambers" in which he would claim he saw them get "gassed". They awarded the man 20K for who they sarcastically called a "vegan criminal" for his "contribution" to the animal rights cause, he said he would use it for Federal court cases in case if he were to lose.
Criticism
Content creators from across multiple platforms including YouTube began calling Tash out for her extreme tactics involving domestic disturbance and making a fool out of herself for clout rather than fighting for animal rights. Others believe the money that is given to her funds her OnlyFans rather than to give to charitable causes that protects animals in need. Vegetarians called Peterson out as slandering the vegan name and making it look bad on them to have everyone think that veganism reflects to animal liberation. Many notice when Tash is out protesting, she acts childish and immature for her age to cause a scene having different types of altercations occur.
Parents began complaining to the police of her stripping half naked in public exposing herself to minors that walk by calling it a form of pedophilia for her protest of "free the nipple". She is criticized by thousands of users who attack her online as wearing different clothing made from actual animal products while she claims they are "vegan". She is also criticized for leaning towards anarchist viewpoints in connection to the animal liberation movement that also practices it involving inspiration from Marxist ideology to overthrow and take from the farmers for "abusing" animals and oppress them.
Attacks
There have been several incidents involving Peterson getting attacked or targeted in public during her activism or normal strolls where she has met opposition. With the amount of attention she has been getting on the news everywhere whenever she starts her troubled stunts, people from across the country would begin to recognize her leaving her as an open target to harassment and attacks. On 6 December, 2024 a group of teenage boys at least 20 to 30 males wearing balaclavas confronted Tash at her home by yelling "fuck you old lady" and calling her a "bitch" and a "slut" before leaving.[8]
On 13 December 2024, while having dinner with her boyfriend Jack Higgs in Northbridge, Perth, a woman stepped inside and asked "are you Tash Peterson?" before throwing her drink at her. Tash ran after the woman out of the restaurant before stumbling upon several individuals that came to the woman's defense and physically assaulted Peterson and her boyfriend. Tash mentioned to reporters that she had her hair pulled and witnessed Jack getting punched near his eye leaving him temporarily blind but later recovered in hospital. [9]
