The Anglo-Saxon Foundation is an internet forum, part of the wider Englisc Gateway website, which places a strong focus on ethnic Anglo-Saxon folkishness and English patriotism, contrary to political correctness and cosmopolitanism. The members hold a negative view of the effects of the Norman conquest of England in 1066 and seek to envoke the spirit of the medieval Germanic Heptarchy, extant from the 5th to the 11th century. Some also criticise Celts and pseudo-Celts, but this is largely reactive to provocations. Some of the members are Woden-following pagans, while others are Christians.
