Hermann Franz Arthur August Theodor Dahlmann (19 November 1892 – 21 January 1978) was a German officer of the Prussian Army, the Imperial German Army, the Police and the Wehrmacht, finally Generalleutnant during World War II as well as an influential aviation administrator since 1927 (since 1935 Wehrmachtbeamter).

Hermann was born on 19 November 1892 in Wanfried, Kreis Eschwege, Regierungsbezirk Kassel, Province of Hesse-Nassau, Kingdom of Prussia, German Empire as son of lawyer and notary Jakob Georg Christoph Friedrich Ludwig Dahlmann (born 25 March 1861) and Anna Catharina Elisabeth Caroline, née Schwaner (born 6 May 1865). His brother was Friedrich Christoph Robert Walter Dahlmann.
