Victor Emile Marsden (1866 - October 28, 1920) was the Russian correspondent for the London paper, The Morning Post, and an early translator of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Marsden was a member of the British nationalist and Jew-wise society The Britons.

Marsden was imprisoned by the Soviets during the Bolshevik Revolution, escaped and returned to Great Britain. In spite of being in bad health he began to translate the Protocols working at the British Museum.
