Lawrence P. Reilly was a Lutheran minister and pamphleteer who published Moscow's Master Plan for Sovietizing America where he attacked Jewish organizations as being Communist because of their support of civil rights legislation. Reilly was from Detroit, Michigan and later moved to Del Rio, Texas.

Reilly published books and pamphlets independent from the Lutheran Church under imprint of the Lutheran Research Society and the monthly magazine The Eleventh Hour. Reilly was also the founder of the Christian Anti-Defamation League.

He was a graduate of the Concordia Theological Seminary.

In 1949 Lawrence Reilly promoted the alternative medicine book Birth of a Science. Critics claimed the book was a quack treatment to cure cancer.
