White Army
The White Army refers to the generally monarchist and Orthodox armies fighting the Red (Bolshevik) army during the Russian Civil War (1917–1923). Their most notable commanders were Admiral Alexander Vasilyevich Kolchak (1874–1920), General Anton Ivanovich Denikin (1872–1947), and General Pyotr Nikolayevich Wrangel (1878–1928).
