Not ceded
All German territories east of the Oder-Neisse line fell into the official Soviet Union Zone of occupation. It was not agreed aty Yalta in any treaty or even memorandum that these territories would be "ceded" to Poland. Stalin announced at the Potsdam Conference that he had unilaterally placed everything but the Koenigsberg enclave "under Polish Administration". The western Allies protested this to no avail. Technically and in law it was still in the Soviet zone, regardless of who the administrators were. Matt58 (talk) 17:32, 14 November 2023 (UTC)
