Talk:Hitler Youth

Hello, Matt, maybe you can help me out. Looking at the pictures I see for example "Hitler Youth, 1933." I have seen the use of a period like this often, but I wonder, if this is correct. I once learned "Periods are generally not used to punctuate items or bullet points in a list, unless they are complete sentences." Have the rules of grammer changed or am I getting it wrong?
