I for one am absolutely opposed to using The Left's 'skin colour' classifications. This is wrong. Basically what The Left are attempting to do is say that everyone is exactly the same apart from skin colour. Obvious lunacy. I think proper classifications must be used: Negro (or Africans), Caucasians, Asians, Chinese, Japanese, Melanesians, Polonesions. Skin colour is absolutely meaningless. I have less problems using skin colour (surely not leftist, because they "do not see colour"). Distinction often requires standardized measurement. Some things are although overhauled, the one-drop rule, for example, or the term "Caucasians" (Slavic, not Germanic) for White Europeans. Just my personal opinion. "Browns" is not very accurate, but everyone knows what it means: North Africans (in contrast to black Africans), Arabs, some South Americans and so on. --Crusader (talk) 19:01, 9 July 2023 (UTC)

It is the broad Left who adopted skin colours to classify people. Conservatives (and particularly the USA until circa 1980) still classified people by their racial origins. The Left, who adopted the "everyone is equal" mantra, naturally reject correct racial classifications, arguing that we are all the same except for skin colours. If you did not know this I am wondering where you have been for the past decades.Matt58 (talk) 19:33, 9 July 2023 (UTC)
