The National Justice Party was a White nationalist political party and community based in the United States. It was founded in 2020 and disbanded on December 26, 2023. The NJP once focused on community building and activism rather than running for office.

Actions

Waukesha Massacre Protest

On October 8, 2022, NJP members protested the Christmas parade mass murder. The organization's members demanded Darrell Brooks face hate crime charges for his actions, who they claimed was motivated by anti-White animus. The protest was attended by organization leaders such as Mike Peinovich, Warren Balogh, Alan Balogh, and Joseph Jordan.

Tennessee Drag Show Protest

In January of 2023, organization members protested an "all ages show" at Hix Farm Brewery in Cookeville, Tennessee. The NJP joined several other protest groups for a total of around 35 demonstrators. The protesters with NJP were lead by Carson Kilgrey who criticized the drag show attendees with a bullhorn.

East Palestine Congressman Confrontation and Protests

In February of 2023, following the train derailment in that caused an ecological catastrophe in East Palestine, Ohio, organization members members attended a town hall meeting to confront congressman Bill Johnson over his lack of action. Organization members Joseph Jordan and Michael McKevitt confronted representative Johnson about his refusal to request federal assistance from FEMA. Following the confrontation, Ohio Republicans who had initially told their constituents they were ineligible for FEMA aid, finally requested FEMA support. Unsatisfied with the response, NJP members protested outside Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's home weeks later on February 25, as well as the headquarters of Norfolk Southern in Atlanta Georgia. Those protesting outside Dewine's residence in Ohio called for the governor's resignation.

Anti-White Murder of Dr. Michael John Mammone

In February and March of 2023, several NJP members protested the racially charged murder of Dr. Michael John Mammone in Dana Point, California. The protests were led by Will Iron, who criticized the Jewish District Attorney Todd Spitzer for not charging Mammone's murderer, Vanroy Evan Smith, with a hate crime. Despite the District Attorney claiming to make hate crimes the centerpiece of his administration, he had not charged Smith with a hate crime, despite multiple witnesses hearing Smith use anti-White slurs as he killed Mammone.

Justice for Lisa Edwards

In March of 2023, members of the NJP protested Knoxville Police following the death of a woman named Lisa Edwards. Edward's had died of a stroke while she was refused treatment at the hospital and black law enforcement agents removed her after Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center staff called them to have her removed from the premises. The protest was lead by Carson Kilgrey, and lasted about an hour. About fifteen individuals participated.

Trans-Free Tennessee Protest

On April 1, 2023, members of the NJP protested the transexual mass shooting at The Covenant School in Nashville, Tennessee by Audrey “Aiden” Hale. The protesters marched around the city and demanded that the FBI release the shooter's manifesto. The protest was lead by Carson Kilgray, and protesters held signs that said “six died for trans pride,” and “mental illness is not an identity.”

Justice for the White Family

On April 29, 2023, members of the NJP protested the racially motivated shooting of Kinsley White and her father Jamie by a black man named Robert Singletary. NJP members gathered at the Gaston County Courthouse with around forty supporters demanding that Singletary be charged with a hate crime. Toward the end of the protest, a support who had seen the NJP connected them with Jamie White, who thanked them for their efforts.

Texas House Bill 1193 Protest

On July 16, 2023, members of the NJP protested the passing of Texas House Bill 1193 Protest, a bill that would make it illegal to bar Section 8 housing by local authorities. The group protested outside main offices of Providence Village, where section 8 housing had lead to an increase in violence and crime. Around NJP 20 members were present for the protest.

Tennessee Drag Queen Story Hour Protest

On July 23, 2023, the NJP protested a "drag queen story hour" event outside The Table Lutheran Church in Nashville, Tennessee. The group criticized Republican politicians for blocking a bill aimed at ending such events. Attendance of the protest included leading NJP activists Carson Kilgrey, Warren Balogh, and his father Alen Balogh.

Alien Resettlement Protest

On July 31, 2023, members of the NJP protested the resettlement of aliens in Rotterdam, New York. The protest occurred at a Super 8 motel, where hundreds of previous residence had been evicted to make way for the aliens. Around 20 members of the NJP arrived, with signs that read "Evict Eric Adams" and "Our Families Come First."

Section 8 Housing & Illegal Alien Police Protests

In August of 2023, the NJP held two protests simultaneously protesting new housing laws in Texas and Illinois. In Texas, the organization protested Texas House Bill 1193, which made it illegal to bar Section 8 housing by local authorities. In Illinois, the group protested House Bill 3751, which allows illegal aliens and so-called "asylum seekers" to become police officers.

White House Protest of Jewish Wars

On October 28, 2023, the National Justice Party lead by chairman Mike Peinovich protested the Israeli invasion of the Gaza strip in front of the White House in Washington D.C.. The group demanded an immediate ceasefire and called for an end to Jewish wars. According to the Justice Report around 40 protesters were in attendance with notable organization members such as Joseph Jordan and Alan Balogh.

Mass Shooting Protest

On November 18, 2023, the National Justice Party protested the witholding of transexual mass shooter Aubrey Hale's manifesto. The protest followed leaked photos of the manifesto where the Hale' explicitly claimed she was targeting white children. The Justice Report claimed that around forty protesters were in attendance, with notable organization member such as Alan Balogh, Warren Balogh, Carson Kilgrey.

Platform

The NJP had a 25 point platform once before its dissolution.
