National Council for American Education

National Council for American Education (NCAE) was founded by Allen A. Zoll in July 1948 to fight Marxism in the classroom. Zoll served the NCAE as executive vice president. Vern P. Kaub was director of research. Mrs. Jessica Payne was vice-president of the NCAE.[1]
