Whitemaxxing
Whitemaxxing is the practice of non-whites to attempt to become more white in order to improve their chances in the liberal western dating market, as White men on average do better with women of all races than non-white men. The term itself originates from the modern incel subculture and is considered a form of looksmaxxing, but the practice long predates the term.
In non-white countries, whitemaxxing is not directly related to dating, instead it is an attempt to improve looks for aesthetic reasons or to climb the social hierarchy. It is common in countries such as India (Caste system) and South Korea (K-Pop industry) for both men and women to attempt to lighten their skin with various creams or getting surgeries.
Michael Jackson's transformation of nose, lip size and skin colour from black to more white-looking is a well-known example of whitemaxxing.
Easier forms of whitemaxxing
- Wearing coloured contact lenses
- Dying hair lighter
- Taking pictures in brightly coloured room
- Wearing darker clothing to maximise contrast
- Hiding hair kinkiness by keeping it under 3 millimetres
- Taking various supplements (e.g. Glutathione and Vitamin C) for skin whitening
- Lying about ethnic origin (typically MENAs lying about being Italian or Greek)
More drastic measures
- Legally changing name to hide immigrant background
- Bleaching skin with Hydroquinone
- Avoiding sunlight by staying inside during daylight hours for the entire summer
- Getting a rhinoplasty to achieve a thin nose
- Getting a surgical lip size reduction
- Double eyelid surgery to get rid of epicanthic folds
