Long text regarding an English translation

Matt58 has added a long text regarding a specific English translation. Why? And why mention Trevor-Roper, who could not even see that the "Hitler Diaries" were forged? See also the criticisms of him here: https://codoh.com/library/document/genoud-heim-pickers-table-talk-a-study-in/en/ Upplysning (talk) 18:03, 5 October 2020 (UTC)

I have added credible material here, relevant to the topic. Trevor-Roper was a highly-regarded professor. You are not. Yes, he made a mistake with the so-called "Hitler Diaries" but that does not and should not discard his other work. Why have you gone to such great efforts to discredit him here? You have not responded to any of my arguments or questions. Upplysning (talk) 19:49, 8 October 2020 (UTC)

I have. Matt58 (talk) 10:21, 9 October 2020 (UTC)

You have dishonestly added more material to one of you older comments without changing the timestamp. See [1]. Yes, NOW you have partially answered me, but you still ignore the many criticisms of Trevor-Roper in the given link. Your editing gives greater credibility to the book as a source on Hitler than it deserves. Upplysning (talk) 15:16, 9 October 2020 (UTC)

That is your opinion to which you are entitled. I am merely citing records on the subject. Matt58 (talk) 15:42, 9 October 2020 (UTC)

You are ignoring my question why there should a long text regarding a specific English translations and the criticisms of Trevor-Roper here: https://codoh.com/library/document/genoud-heim-pickers-table-talk-a-study-in/en/ Upplysning (talk) 16:27, 9 October 2020 (UTC)
This is the English-language Metapedia. Hugh Trevor-Roper was Regius Professor of Modern History at the University of Oxford. Matt58 (talk) 07:26, 10 October 2020 (UTC)
Exactly what the point is with your long text is unclear. It may be that since you think that Bormann was not a Soviet spy, then this translation must be reliable? Further supported by Trevor-Roper? Well, Bormann is quite possibly a Soviet spy, as we have discussed elsewhere, and Trevor-Roper has been strongly criticized. Professors cannot be criticized according to you?
