There seems to be a lot of discussion about the BNP on the talk page of Wikipedia. One poster suggests a better article about the party can be written here. - NatAll75 23:30, 22 June 2013 (CEST)

This is very good news! Congratulations to NatAll75, Basileus and Atlantid and others who worked on this page, with this success! (Galileo 23:23, 27 June 2013 (CEST))

Interesting, I wonder where they are all coming from? Basileus 00:47, 28 June 2013 (CEST)

But the article is too positive about this strange "nationalist" party. I have changed before the "nationalist" for "patriotic" as Britain is not a nation but only a island with 3 nations. Don't see this party as WN or third view. It also focus on immigration from east europe (blaming always the polish workers) and says nothing about zionism. --MCMLXXXII 02:33, 28 June 2013 (CEST)
I would say Britain is a nation, in the same way that Spain or France is. There are different regional identities within it, but the bulk of the people; English, Lowland Scots & South Welsh are the same race of people. The BNP try to use campaigns which are in the mainstream media to their own advantage without breaking the "race hate laws" (in the same way the NDP & FN do). In reality most of the people know about the Jew and their plan is to repatriate as many non-Europeans as possible. Basileus 12:07, 28 June 2013 (CEST)
It's a nationalist party, not "patriotic", but of course nationalism overlaps to some extent with patriotism. The difference is nationalism is based on folkish/identitarianism, a patriot in contrast can be anyone who just raps himself around a flag and feels loyal to a country or nation. Atlantid 20:54, 29 June 2013 (CEST)
I tend to think the word "patriotic" is more subversive to refer to all European liberation movements. Somebody (the general public) might try to wriggle out of being nationalist, by making it sound like it is linked to jingoism, imperialism, "bigotry", etc... but very few people would admit to being anti-patriotic, because then they would sound like traitors. If people who oppose fascistic politics can be painted as anti-patriotic, then that is deliciously subversive of the present system of things. Basileus 23:32, 29 June 2013 (CEST)
Its now on 60,000+ views. I think a lot of people now know the Wikipedia entry on the BNP is biased, and so now come here. Atlantid 17:39, 9 July 2013 (CEST)

100,000+ views?

Is there any way to find out where all this traffic is coming from? The article is not very high up on the Google search rankings, but we're getting a lot of views. Basileus 15:04, 5 August 2013 (CEST)

Dubious and outdated

Much of the material in this article originates from a dubious and now very old Wikipedia copypaste with additional dubious later input by Basileus and the troll Atlantid. Much of the material is dubious or very outdated. The BNP is now a small party. I will clean-up and shorten the article. Updated and detailed policy views and so on can be found on the party homepage. Upplysning 17:03, 1 August 2016 (CEST)

  • My only response is that you have decimated this article. I wonder if all the deletions were necessary? IMO Metapedia should not be referring readers to other websites but providing the information ourselves. Metapedia is either an alternative encyclopaedia or it is not. Cicero 13:06, 5 August 2016 (CEST)
    • No encyclopedia can provide all information. They always cite sources and refer to other sources for deeper knowledge. But if you want contribute by making the effort to add a detailed updated description of BNP's current views on various issues, then please do so. Upplysning 18:11, 5 August 2016 (CEST)

Not sure about just having the latest info. It would be good if we were able to present a proper unbiased history of the BNP, which we certainly will not find anywhere else. Cicero 22:45, 5 August 2016 (CEST)

As already stated, the previous article version was based on a very old (almost ten years) Wikipedia copypaste with additions by the troll Atlantid and the fanatic Basileus. Not an unbiased or correct description. BNP policies and proposals have also changed over time. Upplysning 23:04, 5 August 2016 (CEST)
