Snow White
Snow White is a 19th-century German folklore fairy tale. The Brothers Grimm published it in 1812 in the first edition of their collection Grimms' Fairy Tales.
There are various stated similar non-German folklore versions.
Less politically correct aspects include that the name derives from Snow White's mother stating that "How I wish that I had a daughter that had skin as white as snow". Possibly due to the name, there is apparently not yet a Blackwashing adaption.
