Philip Nigel Ross Green (born 15 March 1952) is a big business Jewish oligarch in the United Kingdom. One of the richest Jews in the country, he is the CEO of Arcadia Group, which includes many popular fashion clothing chains and brands such as Topshop (including Topman), Burton, Dorothy Perkins, BHS, Miss Selfridge and others. Resident in Monaco, he has been criticised for tax avoidance and is worth £3.3 billion as of 2012. He is closely involved in association football and backs the Conservative Party. He also planned to buy Marks and Spencer, a prominent upmarket foodstore but this fell through.
