James Traficant
James Anthony Traficant Jr. (8 May 1941 – 27 September 2014) was a Democratic, and later independent, politician and member of the United States House of Representatives. He was expelled from the House and was in prison for seven years for claimed crimes.
Michael Collins Piper argued in the book Target: TRAFICANT - The Untold Story that Traficant was set-up and innocent.
