H.E.R.R. (also spelled as HERR) is a Dutch / English band that was founded in 2002 by Michiel Spapé (composer), with Miklos Hoffer and Troy Southgate (since the second album) as vocalists and that has been described as neofolk, Neoclassical and martial.
