Committee of One Million
The Committee of One Million was founded and incorporated by Gerald L.K. Smith and Pat Powers in Delaware on April 16, 1937. The Committee was based in New York City holding an average of three meetings per week at the Hotel Pennsylvania for the first three months of 1938. Later, along with Smith, it relocated to Detroit, Michigan.
