Women of the Ku Klux Klan
Women of the Ku Klux Klan was a ladies’ auxiliary organization of the 1920s Ku Klux Klan.
History
Klanswomen participated in rituals and ceremonies much like their male counterparts, including remembering their departed sisters at Klan funerals.[1] The group was strongest in Indiana and their home state of Arkansas, but also very active in Ohio and other states.
