Victor de Kayville

Victor de Kayville (born Victor Livok) was a Captain in the Russian Czarist Army and entered the United States in the early 1920s illegally by deserting his ship. He along with fellow Russian émigré Peter Afanassieff published the anti-Jewish paper The American Gentile.[1]
