Thomas Buergenthal (born 1934) is a Jewish former prisoner at Auschwitz and other Holocaust camps, a law professor, and a former judge of the International Court of Justice.

His book A Lucky Child, stated to describe his experience in various German camps, has been translated into more than a dozen languages. One aspect is Burgenthal not being killed on arrival to camp, despite being very young and the book stating the presence of many children in the camp, despite children supposedly being killed on arrival to the camp. See the "External links" section regarding Holocaust revisionist criticisms and comments on the book.
