The Fascist was a magazine publication of Arnold Leese and the Imperial Fascist League. [1] The first issue appeared in 1929. In 1936 Leese and the publication's printer Walter Whitehead were prosecuted for seditious libel and public mischief for the June 1936 issue concerning Jewish ritual murder. Leese was found guilty of public mischief and was sentenced to six months in prison.[1]

The publication claimed a circulation of 30,000.[2]
