Changes

Robert Baltzer was born in [[Danzig ]] in July 1892 and was baptized on 13 August 1892 in the [[Protestant]] St. Barbara Church in Danzig. After achieving his [[Abitur]] in Kassel, Baltzer joined the Telegraph Battalion No. 3 <ref>It was subordinate to the VIII Army Corps, specifically the 2nd Inspection of Telegraph Troops. It was established in 1899; its peacetime locations were the former Boelcke Barracks in Koblenz and, from 1914, also Darmstadt.</ref> in Koblenzwhere he would serve the next years.
