Seaboard White Citizens' Council

The Seaboard White Citizens' Council was founded by Washington DC resident John Kasper on June 4, 1956. The group was independent from other White Citizens Councils around the country and took a hard anti-Semitic position against the Jews. By 1958 the group merged with the National States Rights Party.
