Roman Gul

Roman Gul (13 August 1896 – 30 June 1986) was a Russian émigré writer. His political position was leftist-liberal and he was critical towards the conservative, tsarist part of the White Movement. Goul for 20 years was editor-in-chief and later publisher of “Novyi Zhurnal”, the largest journal of Russian emigration.
