Nelson E. Hewitt

Nelson E. Hewitt of Three Rivers, Michigan was an American nationalist and an attendee of the 1936 Asheville Conference. Hewitt held the rank of Lieutenant and was a US Naval Reserve Officer. He was one of the founders of the American Vigilant Intelligence Federation.[1] He broke with Harry Jung the leader of the Foundation in April 1934 and started a similar organization called Advisory Associates, issuing a leaflet called The Advisor.
