Joseph A. Milteer
Joseph Adams Milteer (February 26, 1902 - February 28, 1974) was a member of National States Rights Party, the Congress of Freedom and the White Citizen's Council of Atlanta. Some have suggested he had prior knowledge of the planned assassination of President Kennedy.
