John Harvey Kellogg

John Harvey Kellogg (February 26, 1852 – December 14, 1943) was a physician, eugenicist, author of several health-related books and the originator of the breakfast cereal industry. He founded the Race Betterment Foundation in Battle Creek, Michigan.
