Ira Jett
Ira Jett was an attorney,[1] Klansman and founding member of The Columbians. In May 1949 he founded the American Bilbo Club in Atlanta, Georgia. Senator Theodore G. Bilbo was a segregationist from Mississippi.
On December 13, 1946, Ira Jett and Columbian leaders Homer Loomis and Emory Burke were indicted for unlawful possession of dynamite.[2]
