Honoré de Balzac

Honoré de Balzac (20 May 1799 – 18 August 1850), born Honoré Balssa, was a French author who produced a vast number of novels and short stories collectively called La Comédie humaine (The Human Comedy). He is generally considered to be one of the greatest novelists of all time.
