Henry Morgan
Sir Henry Morgan (1635 - 25 August 1688) was a Welsh buccaneer, the most known of those who raided Spain’s Caribbean colonies during the late 17th century. He operated with unofficial support from the English government and was eventually knighted and made deputy governor of Jamaica.
