Flashback
Flashback is an swedish Internet site that contains archive of "articles and interviews, thousands of links to other web sites and lots of unique material". The business was started February 25, 1983 by Jan Axelsson in Norrköping with the newspaper Dead or Alive. On the Internet, the business has been around since 25 June 1995. The motto reads: "Information wants to be free". Flashback has been repeatedly leveled sharp criticism and many attempts have been made to close down the business.
The Flashback discussion forum is a forum for free discussion around topics such as politics, culture, lifestyle and history. In November 2014 the forum had more than 900 000 members and 48 million posts.
