East Lothian

East Lothian (originally Haddingtonshire) is a county on the east coast of Scotland bordering Midlothian (which contains Edinburgh), the North Sea in the east and Berwickshire in the south. Anciently it was part of the Kingdom of Northumbria. The county town is Haddington.
