Dave Barley
Dave Barley is a Christian Identity minister and pastor of America's Promise Ministry which was established in 1967 by Pastor Sheldon Emry. After Pastor Emry died in 1985, the mantle of the ministry fell to Dave Barley in 1987. In 1991, America's Promise Ministry was moved from Phoenix, Arizona, to Sandpoint, Idaho.
Together with his wife, Martha Barley (Pastor Emry's daughter), they carry on this ministry which distributes the heritage teachings of Pastor Sheldon Emry, E. Raymond Capt and others. They hold weekly sabbath services in Sandpoint, Idaho and organize annual camp meetings.
Dave Barley has become a powerful Christian Identity teacher in the tradition of Pastor Sheldon Emry. His sermons on YouTube and at the America's Promise Ministry website are definitely worth listening to.
