National Citizens Protective Association

National Citizens Protective Association Inc. (NCPA) was a St. Louis-based racial segregation organization headed by Forest W. Wolf, however John W. Hamilton was the main leader. The group was founded in 1951 and published The White Sentinel. The group also issued bulletins from the White American News Service. Fred W. Bender was vice-president.

In the Fall of 1953 the group merged with the Southern Knights of the Ku Klux Klan based in Florida.[1] Consequently the group’s paper The White Sentinel also relocated to Florida.
