Aeneid
The Aeneid is a Latin epic poem written from about 30 to 19 BC by the Ancient Roman poet Virgil. It describes the legendary founding and destiny of Rome. The Aeneid was quickly recognized as a masterpiece and has had a large influence on Western art and culture.
