Zionist Organization of America

Zionist Organization of America (ZOA) is a non-profit pro-Israel organization in the United States. Founded in 1897, as the Federation of American Zionists, it was the first official Zionist organization in the United States. The organization fights for the Jewish people and the country of Israel. The ZOA opposes Palestinian statehood.[1]

It was followed two years later by the foundation of the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland.[2]
