Viktor Suvorov

Viktor Suvorov (Russian: Ви́ктор Суво́ров, real name Vladimir Bogdanovich Rezun, Russian: Влади́мир Богда́нович Резу́н(, (born 20 April 1947), is a Russian writer, historian, and a former Soviet military intelligence officer who defected to the United Kingdom.

Suvorov is most well-known for the Soviet offensive plans controversy‎ outlined in his book The Chief Culprit[1].
