The Georgia Tribune was a publication issued by Evall G. Johnston also known as "Parson Jack", a leader in the Ku Klux Klan. The paper had its origin back in 1932[1] previously called The Trumpet. It was based in Columbus, Georgia and covered the entire state claiming a circulation of thirty thousand.[2] The paper was published as a weekly until January 1961 when it became a monthly.[3]
