We, the Mothers, Mobilize for America Inc. was an isolationist Mother’s Movement organization founded by Mrs. Lyrl Clark Van Hyning in February 1941.

History

The group was headquarted at 537 S. Dearborn Street in Chicago. The group was investigated for subversive activities and their books seized in April 1942. Not enough evidence was found to return an indictment and their books were returned by the government.

In June 1944, the group called for a negotiated peace to end World War II.[1] The group issued a newspaper called Women's Voice which was published for twenty years.
