The Red Web: An Underground Political History of the United States from 1918 to the Present Time is a 1925 book by Blair Coan/Coán, an American former government agent and anti-Communist. The book notably accused United States Senator Burton K. Wheeler of being involved in a Communist conspiracy. Wheeler faced investigation, without major impact. The book has been claimed to be motivated by Wheeler having attacked Coan's former employer Harry M. Daugherty.

Wheeler being a Communist agent may be unlikely due to Wheeler later being prominent in the America First Committee, announcing in 1941 that he would investigate “interventionists” in the motion picture industry, and otherwise being unhelpful to the Communist Soviet Union, who wanted the United States to enter the war on its side.
