Robert Stephen Lipka (born 16 June 1946) is a communist Jewish conspirator who worked as a double agent for the KGB within the National Security Agency (NSA) of the United States. During the 1960s, while working as a clerk within the United States Army, he was in contact with KGB general Oleg Kalugin and destroyed sensitive NSA documents which implicated the communist fifth column in America.
