Robert F. Pape

Robert Frederick Pape was the California leader of the Friends of the New Germany in 1934 based in Los Angeles. Pape was a Captain in the German Army during the First World War and was a member of the NSDAP.[1] He organized the Sport Abteilung in San Francisco as flag bearers for their meetings.[2]
