John E. Waters

John Edward Waters (born 1890) of Dayton, Ohio was the American author of the book Red Justice. During the period 1929 to 1931 Waters and his family lived in the Soviet Union where he was employed by the Red regime to teach modern American agricultural methods to the peasants. Waters in his book testified to the brutality of the communist experiment.

Waters later became the Midwest secretary of the anti-communist Constitutional Educational League headed by Joseph P. Kamp.
