Frank L. DeSilva - 1995

Frank Lee DeSilva also Frank Silva was a member of the militant white nationalist organization Die Bruder Schweigen, also known as the (Silent Brotherhood), and later the author of several racialist, White Nationalist, works. Born on (April 18, 1958) in Boulder City, Nevada, and was raised in Glendale, California.

Frank Silva was arrested near Bentonville, Arkansas on April 16, 1985 and charged with receiving stolen money and harboring the founder of The Order, Robert J. Mathews.[1]
