Charles B. Swift

Charles B. Swift founded a Silver Shirt local group in Pittsburg in 1938. He also headed the Constitutional Defense Committee of the American Legion in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. Swift was a former Naval Intelligence Officer who used his background to impress his following.
